What currency are your prices in?
The prices on our website are stated in your local currency.
I need help with sizing
We try and be as accurate as possible in the description of each garment. If you require further measurements or assistance, check our sizing guide here or email us at info@ellislabel.com.
How long will my order take?
Our garments are predominantly made to to order in limited quantities, alongside a small selection of ready to ship pieces.
Made to order: 10–12 business days
Ready to ship: 1–2 business days
Once dispatched:
NZ: 1–2 days • $8 NZD
AUS: 2–3 days • $20 AUD
US: 3–5 days • $25 USD
UK: 3–5 days • £20
EU: 4–5 days • €25
CAN: 3–5 days • $30 CAD
Rest of world: 3–7 days • $50 NZD
Can I return my item?
Returns are accepted for exchange, alternative sizing, or store credit only. Please request your return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Will items be restocked?
Some pieces may return as re-editions. Our Limited Edition and Remnants pieces are produced in limited runs, and may not be repeated.
Do you have a store to try things on?
We are based online only.
What if i need to cancel or change my order?
We aren’t able to cancel any orders. If you are needing to update any information on your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try and amend any changes before it is dispatched.
Orders with incomplete shipping details may take a little longer to arrive. If you need to update your shipping details, please let us know asap.
How should I care for my garment?
Each piece is unique and some may need slightly more care than others. Best instructions to care for your new garment will be on the inside of each piece. We recommend to read and follow these to maintain the quality of your item.
