Returns
With most our items being made to order, we ask that you please select your items carefully. We want to ensure that you are happy with your selections and provide a 10 day returns policy from the arrival of your new piece.
All garments excluding customised pieces can be returned for an exchange in style, size or credit note only. We are unable to cover additional costs for shipping.
Items must be in their original condition with tags and we reserve the right to refuse returns if signs of wear are visible or are outside of the specified date.
Please return your order using a traceable method as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
Damages
If your item arrives and appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must let us know immediately. Any damaged items past 7 days will not be accepted.
